We are the primary point of contact for investors throughout the life of the investment — from onboarding through the firm’s investor portal to ongoing communications, distributions, reporting, and year-end documentation.

We maintain the records behind each venture — executed agreements, investor documentation, approvals, valuations, and supporting files — while coordinating with counsel and other professionals to keep required documentation complete, current, and organized.

We coordinate the people and processes surrounding each venture — management, counsel, accountants, administrators, platform providers, and other specialists — so responsibilities are clear, deadlines are tracked, and required work moves forward.
